# BNB质押挖矿

### 使用TrustWallet钱包

#### 目前预估APR (年化利率)15%-23%，锁定时间7天（赎回7天后才到账）

1、首先打开你的钱包界面，点击“金融”

2、出现质押币种界面，并会显示相关币种的收益率（APR）,点击“更多”，显示所支持的所有质押币种

3、以BNB为例，点击进入，点击“更多”，选择“STAKE”

4、在当前界面会显示当前验证人的收益率，如果不满意当前利率，可以更换验证人，填入要质押数量，会显示最小质押数，点击“继续”，确定后完成转账。
